The calculators run standard industry formulas on the numbers you enter. They are educational estimates only — not quotes, not financial advice, and not a guarantee of any result. They may omit costs that apply to your situation, including mortgage insurance variations, HOA assessments, escrow shortages, points, and closing costs. Confirm every number with me before acting on it.
