Kody Esguerra is Joshua's loan officer assistant — and for most clients, the fast reply in your text thread. While Joshua structures the loan, Kody makes sure it keeps moving: gathering documents, coordinating with processing, scheduling calls, and keeping you posted at every step so you're never left wondering where things stand.
Reach out with a question — about your application, a document, or just what happens next — and Kody is usually the first to answer. Between the two of them, there's no call center and no hand-offs: the same two people from your first question to your final signature.
